Demons are a prominent race in Slime Taoshite 300-nen, Shiranai Uchi ni Level Max ni Nattemashita. Rather than consisting of hell dwellers, the Demon race is actually comprised of a variety of beast races of varying types. As a race, they have a history of being engaged in conflicts with the human nations, though in recent years, relations have been relatively peaceful.

Little is known about the history of the Demons, however, prominent details brought up are their conflicts with the human nations, which had long since ceased by the time Azusa had emerged into the world.
Characteristics[]
Contrary to popular depiction, demons are not aggressive, bloodthirsty creatures with little sense. Instead, they are largely level headed and intelligent creatures with varying temperance. Much like the average human, each demon has their own personality and identity respective to what beast they are. While some are more aggressive and barbaric than others, it is not an indicator for the entire species.
Largely adopting humanoid forms, they are distinguished from humans by the addition of bodily permutations, such as horns or animal ears, tails or wings. In some cases, such as Beelzebub, these are also respective of other forms they can adopt.
