It is a guild that Azusa frequently uses to sell all of the slime crystals that she acquires after slaying slimes.
It seems they don't kick out adventures for being blabbermouths; despite Ernst being notorious for telling every secret he's ever learned, (which would be bad for confidential quests) he's still a member. There seems to be no penalty as well, despite the fact that a guilds member's personal information is supposed to be confidential.
